Quarter 4 Finish A Long

I know, I know, another list.  I have my Hustle List but that has a lot of things that I *want* to get done, but not necessarily need to get done.

I've decided that these three projects are going to go on my Quarter 4 Finish A Long list since I really need them to be done by the end of the year - no excuses!

1) Finish the Leaf Quilt - I finished the top last night and ordered the backing fabric yesterday (from Contemporary Cloth - free shipping through tomorrow night!) so I should wrap this one up soon!

I love making quilts!!

2) Finish my QAL Quilt - This is getting a bit ridiculous.  I've put it on so many lists and I really love the quilt so I don't know what the hold up is.  I have everything I need I just have to sit down to quilt & bind it!

3) Sparkling Cider Quilt - This one is Christmas gift so it must be done before the end of the year!

What do you need to finish by the end of the year?!  Linking up over at Quilter in the Gap.

  1. Your leaf quilt is gorgeous! I love what you did with the center! Fall colors are so pleasing to the eye.

I'm in the same boat with the QAL quilt. All of the materials to finish it have been sitting on a shelf for months. I have no idea how I am going to quilt it, so I think that has been what is holding me up!

  4. Your maple quilt is lovely! I have been known to collect quilt tops and pause on the finishing part. ;) It's the one part of the process that I often feel less confident jumping into immediately.
