Friendship Quilts Blog Hop

Have you ever made someone a friendship bracelet? Received one? Worn it around until it was so gross because there was no way you were going to cut it off?!

Maybe you made one from this book? I loved (and may still have!) my copy.

You can still buy copies on Amazon!

Well the wonderful Diane has put together a Blog Hop that features quilts and other stitchy projects made to resemble those friendship bracelets from our youth!! There is an awesome line-up of participating blogs, a link-up party and even prizes!

  1. OMG. How crazy that this comes up, since I just started making some of those silly friendship bracelets the other day! I had gotten myself a bunch of embroidery thread thinking I'd take up embroidery, then, um, didn't, so.. what else to do but make those! I also finally taught myself how to make more complicated ones, too... so I'll definitely be looking forward to this Blog Hop! :)
