Giveaway!

As I mentioned yesterday, this little blog of mine now has over 100 followers!  Something I never thought would happen but am very appreciative of.  I love having this space to use for sharing but also as a way to meet new people! 

As a way to say thank you for stopping by, reading what I have to say, and tolerating my instagram and phone pictures since I hate my camera, I'm going to be giving away some fabric!

The main event is this fat eight bundle of awesome orange fabrics I bought from Fresh Squeezed Fabrics.  But this alone won't fill a big envelope so I'll be tucking some more goodies in there from my stash!


You have two chances to win:

    Congrats.. I hope I see 100 bloggers on my blog one day. You hit the nail on the head with this fabulous color choices, I color teals, aqua and oranges. I want to make a King Size quilt. I adore Moda and Riley Blake, I just bought Ahoy Out to Sea, also I have my eye on Pat Bravo's new INDIE> Good luck to 200..

    I love a simple patchwork quilt. And since I make mostly kids quilts, I buy lots of bright and novelty fabrics. I don't have a favorite, just what ever catches my eye. Thanks for the chance to win!

    It's hard to pick a favorite fabric line! I am working with City Girl right now (old!) but I am also loving the Blitzen by Basic Grey Christmas line.

    I'm participating in the Friendship Blog Hop, and I'm really liking how the piecing looks. Can't disclose just yet, But Diane Bohn is having us all do a similar piecing technique. I quess you'll have to check it out to see what I mean;) I like it so much, I plan on doing another one)))

    I love all the disappearing patch blocks, I thinks its so cool to that something as simple as plain squares being sewn together can turn into such neat looking blocks just by a little bit of slicing and sewing back together in different order.

    Yay for you and 100+ followers!!! And super looking fabrics. My favourite pattern(s) are any by Camille Roskelley. She made Swoon, Vintage Holiday (christmas baubles), and the Spool patterns to name a few. They are really easy to follow and well written.

    I want to next make a plus quilt for my son (where all the crosses/plusses kind of interlock ... and I want to make a granny squares quilt for my daughter using vintage fabric scraps from all the clothes her grandma and great grandmother sewed.

    A little tough to pick a favorite fabric line, isn't it? :) I love my Vintage Modern right now--I haven't yet made a quilt to keep yet (!) but I've got some VM and plans for my very own quilt. :P I also adore Joy for a holiday collection--I have some plans for that too, but not the fabric yet! I love traditional quilt patterns--my favorite might be a plain ol' hourglass. With the right fabrics, I just think it's wonderfully stunning.

    One of my favourite quilt patterns, even though I've only made a couple of quilts is the brick wall one, however my all time favourite quilt block pattern is the D9P.
